Villa Kastav is a Town House owned by the Osojnak family since 1910 (Built in 1843) in the center of old town Kastav. The house was used as a residence until 2004, while in 2007 part of the house was remodeled for guest accommodation.

House is situated in a panoramic location (350 m above sea level) at the entrance to the old town Gate of Kastav and has vehicle access to the building. From the entire south side, it has an panoramic view of the Kvarner sea and a private large terrace.

It provides comfortable accommodation for up to 9 people on 185 m2. Parking for vehicles is free/fenced . Villa Kastav has a unique location and is 100 m to the forest promenade, 50 m to the shop, cafe, restaurant and post office/ATM. Forest promenade is ideal for hiking or mtb tours. Bike storage avalialbe at house.

During the summer, the town of Kastav is the center of cultural and concert events that take place on the newly renovated Crekvina and Lokvina squares, which gives you the opportunity to visit them with a leisurely walk.
